Tai Chi 24 Form

T'ai Chi 24 form posted by RyogaHJ

"The 24 simplified short form enables you to concentrate on and appreciate the essentials of TaiChichuan, such as effortless movement, relaxation and awareness of the mind and body as one."

This is one of my favorite T'ai Chi videos. One fan (David Lee) commented
"Here is another top tai chi expert in China. Her movement is clear cut and floats like water. The entire process can be compared with water gently flowing or breeze caressing your face, soft, rhythmic and following the chi flow spontaneously. Feel the buoyancy! Hard to imagine tai chi can be turned into the most effective self-defense!"

T'ai Chi, like acupuncture, is clinically proven to be an effective way to strengthen and relax the body and mind. Learn more about Tai Chi click here

Tai Chi is the ancient Taoist art of moving meditation and martial skill. In today's world we need practical ways to solve problems. T'ai Chi serves us by calming the mind and bringing us out of our head into a more grounded relaxed state.

World T'ai Chi and QiGong Day is the last Saturday of April each year at 10:00 a.m. around the world when thousands of people in hundreds of cities, in more than 70 nations come together to play T'ai Chi.

The purpose of World T'ai Chi & QiGong Day is to educate the world about the benefits of the Traditional Chinese Medicine exercises of T'ai Chi and QiGong (Chi Kung).
