Tai Chi is the ancient Taoist art of moving meditation and martial skill. In today's world we need practical ways to solve problems. T'ai Chi serves us by calming the mind and bringing us out of our head into a more grounded relaxed state.

World T'ai Chi and QiGong Day is the last Saturday of April each year at 10:00 a.m. around the world when thousands of people in hundreds of cities, in more than 70 nations come together to play T'ai Chi.

The purpose of World T'ai Chi & QiGong Day is to educate the world about the benefits of the Traditional Chinese Medicine exercises of T'ai Chi and QiGong (Chi Kung).
